About me
Having worked for 9 years as a consultant helping the likes of KFC, Gail’s, M&S & Deliveroo develop new products & deep consumer understanding, I decided to jump fully into the world of food.
I completed the Leiths Professional Diploma, an intensive and broad-reaching culinary training, graduating with the highest marks for both practical & theory exams and as Wine Student of the Year.
I’m now enjoying the rich and varied diet of a freelance chef, offering private cheffing, food styling assisting, and combining my new skills with my prior expertise to offer consulting services.
I’m based in London & Oxfordshire but happy to travel.
